Apps Court Farm  is an area of 82 acres of land on the banks of the River Thames adjacent to Sunbury Lock, between Hampton Court and Walton-on-Thames.

The land is mostly open fields of flat, even grass-land with wooded areas that act as wind breaks, and a lake and pond stocked with fish.

It is used as a general purpose facility for outdoor leisure activities, including:

Car Boot Fairs
Archery
Fishing
Camping
 Caravan Rallies
Classic Car Rallies
 All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)

... in fact, for potentially any activity that can make use of the huge amount of prime space, without harming the environment.
