Prior permission for use is required for ALL operations to the site. The site operators are contactable on:01932 244822 or mobile 07962 166444.

The landing and take off area is orientated East to West and is sufficiently large to cover clear area operations for all helicopter types (delineated by red box on aerial photo).

Once an approach has been made, the touch down area is adjacent to the windsock.

Pilots are requested to avoid overflight of any properties to the North of the river Thames unless established on H9.

Those operators who are not “self certifying” with respect to landing sites within the London Control Zone are reminded to seek permission to use the site from their respective CAA Flight Ops Inspector or the GA Department of the CAA (01293 573528).

CAA Form 1304 and credit card payment form may need to be completed, these can be downloaded from our Document Downloads page.

Pilots are reminded that if Heathrow is on “Easterly Operations” then all arrivals and departures will be via H9. No departures are permitted until the pilot has established communications with either the Heathrow Special or Thames Radar Controller via RT or Telephone.

Parking, client and aircraft security and VIP road transport are available on request, see Ground Services. Please contact us to enquire.
