This is a family friendly event however anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

There is accessible car parking & toilets on site.

Please show a steward your blue badge when entering the car park to be shown where to park.

External food & drink is not permitted.

You are welcome to bring a sealed see-through water bottle which can be re-filled at the free drinking water station in the event arena.

There is a medical & welfare tent in the event arena which will be sign posted.

Please remember to bring sun cream and we encourage bringing hats and umbrellas/parasols to keep in the shade.

Yes there is parking on-site.

You must purchase a car parking ticket before the event via our website.

Please note blue badge parking is free of charge.

Arriving By Car

Use Gate 1 and follow the signs to car park.


Arriving By Taxi

Use Gate 1 Pick Up & Drop Off Zone

Arriving By Shuttle Bus

the shuttle buses pick up outside Hampton Court train station and drop off at Gate 2 (Apps Court).

They run roughly every 15/20 minutes depending on the demand.

They will be running between 8:00 - 20:00

There are three train stations near the venue (all roughly a 45 minute walk):

Hampton Court - quick line into London & has the shuttle bus service

Walton-On-Thames - quick line into London

Hersham- no quick train into London
